Where are you based and are you available or willing to travel for a session?
I am based out of Greensboro, North Carolina, but grew up in Raleigh! I absolutely love to travel! For portraits, weddings, or any other session I include up to 60 miles of travel from my location included in the session price. If you are interested in a further location, I offer extra fees depending on distance. For weddings that require extra travel, just add on the price of travel and lodging to any of my package prices.
How do I receive my photos?
I use the online service, Pixieset to deliver my clients photos. They are in a personal gallery that can be downloaded and shared. I share the gallery through email or by sending the gallery link directly to you. All images will be edited JPEGs, but I do not give out RAW files of my photos because my personal editing and style is a part of what makes my business what it is!
How many photos will I receive?
I usually edit and deliver about 100 photos per hour of shooting, no matter what type of session it is.
Why do you include a complimentary engagement session with your wedding packages? Am I allowed to switch it for something else?
I include the engagement session as a way to get to know my couples before their big day. It helps to create a more open and comfortable relationship, which also helps when it comes to me taking your photos. It gives us an opportunity to work together and get to know each other. If you would like to switch the engagement session for bridal portraits, that is totally alright with me! However, if you choose not to use the session, I won’t be able to offer a discount since it is a complimentary feature of my packages.
